How to apply your Thermexor panoramic roof coating — from the first wipe to the final cure.

Before you begin.
- The space
- Shaded, clean and well ventilated. Check the weather before starting.
- The surface
- Panoramic roof glass only. Inspect existing films, coatings and damage.
- The instructions
- Keep your kit guide nearby for working limits and curing conditions.
Start with clean, cool glass.
Park out of direct sun. Wash and dry the panoramic roof, then remove oils and residue with the supplied surface-prep materials.
- Confirm a dry-weather application window.
- Mask or protect adjacent trim.
- Inspect for chips, films, or existing coatings.
One roof. An even coat.
Pour the measured product into the tray. Work in overlapping passes with the supplied applicator, maintaining a consistent edge across the roof.
- Follow the working-time limit in your kit instructions.
- Avoid overworking partially cured areas.
- Use the complete fitment-specific volume.
Give the finish time to bond.
Leave the vehicle in a clean, sheltered area for the initial cure period. Inspect the finish before exposing it to rain, washing, or abrasion.
- Touch-dry in 1 hour; fully cured in 24 hours under normal conditions.
- Keep the roof dry and unwashed until fully cured.
- Wait 48 hours before the first wash; use pH-neutral car wash soap.
